The MGEX (Master Grade Extreme) Strike Freedom Gundam embodies the zenith of Cosmic Era and Bandai's expertise in model making.
The Strike Freedom, a follow-up to the ZAFT's Freedom Gundam, piloted by Kira Yamato's showcases an amalgamation of various Mobile Suit technologies, it incorporates features from different models, notably the Voiture Lumiere system utilized by the GSX-401FW Stargazer Gundam.
The MGEX Strike Freedom model features an overwhelming amount of metallic parts that lends a realistic and sharp appearance to the build, which thanks to a redesigned appearance and even the inner frame exposing and being composed by layers of gold-plated and photo-etched parts combined with metallic stickers reminiscent of other high-end kits such as the Perfect Grade Unleashed RX-78-2, creates one of the most detailed kits BANDAI has ever released.
The model exhibits a new construction with the latest innovations in BANDAI's plating technology and part-layering techniques, with a functioning cockpit hatch, double-jointed limbs and the thighs swivel, providing a wide range of motion for dynamic posing.
