اسئلة شائعة عن الألعاب المخفضة :
1- هل كل الالعاب بحساب واحد؟
اي نعم, جميع الالعاب بحساب واحد فقط.
2- طبيعي اكثر من شخص بلحساب ولا احد يخرب على الثاني؟
اي نعم, كل شخص داخل الحساب له عالمه وتختيماته وماراح تفقد تقدماتك وراح نشرحلكم ذلك ايضا.
3- ليش الألعاب جدا رخيصه ؟
لان الحساب مشترك ( Family Sharing ).
4- هل اللعبة مكركة ولا أصلية ؟
لا, اللعبة تحملها من ستيم يعني أصلية, وراح نخليك تقفل الريموت بلي بحيث تحمي جهازك لان الحساب خاص بمتجرنا.
5- وش الخطوات اللي اسويها بعد الشراء ؟
كل اللي عليك بعد ما تشتري اللعبه ( تلعب بنمط الاوفلاين مود ). + راح نشرحلك كلشي تحتاجه لاتشيل هم.
6- اذا بغيت اشتري اكثر من لعبه كيف ابدل بين الحسابات ؟
نحن نوفرلك جميع الالعاب بحساب واحد فقط وراح تدخل الحساب وعندك اكبر واقوى مكتبه العاب مباشره بدون ما تضطر تبدل بين الحسابات.
وتقدر من ستيم تسوي steam change account لو حاب تغير لحسابك مثلا بكل سهوله.
7- اقدر اغير معلومات الحساب ؟
لا, لان الحساب مشترك.
8- اقدر ادخل اكثر من جهاز ؟
لا, التنشيط على جهاز واحد فقط ويمنع توزيع الحساب او اعطاء الحساب لأي شخص اخر او الدخول لجهاز اخر.
9- اقدر العب اون لاين ؟
لا, لان الحساب مخصص للعب على نمط الاوف لاين وعشان تستمتع بعالمك الخاص.
10- اللعبة تشمل السوني او الاكس بوكس ؟
لا اللعبة متواجده على ستيم فقط.
11- كيف اعرف اخر اخبار واضافات الالعاب على الحساب ؟
بعد مانسلمك الحساب ندخلك قروب خاص للمشترين نعلن فيه كل جديد واضافه الالعاب وكما يتم اعلان اضافه الالعاب على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

في حال طلب الكود اكثر من مرة يتم تأخير ارسال الكود لأجل مايعلق الحسابب.
لا نحلل ولا نبيح اي شخص يقوم بالمتاجرة بحسابات المتجر او مشاركتها لاحد سواء المعلومات او الملفات.

العاب يوبي سوفت موجوده داخل الحساب لاكن غير معروضه في الوصف لان الحساب المربوط في العاب يوبي سوفت ضائع ولا تستطيع العب بالعاب يوبي سوفت.
العاب روكستار مثل قراند وريد ديد موجوده بلحساب وتستطيع اللعب فيها بشرح نرسله لك لان الحساب المربوط في روكستار ضائع لاكن تقدر تلعبهم بطريقه سهله.

بنسبه للشرط الاساسي: الحساب هو خاص وملك للمتجر ( الى هو نحن ) , غرضك من شرائك للحساب هو اللعبه بلحساب نفسه مشترك , وتلعب اوف لاين عشان مايطلعك او يعلق معك.
الحساب ملك وخاص بلمتجر وشرائك للمنتج بغرض الاستفاده منه للعب على جهازك بنظام اللعب المشترك.

راح نضيف العاب بشكل مستمر ان شاء الله, من اقوى واجدد الالعاب بحيث ماتحتاج تشتري كل لعبه بحساب منفرد وتطلع عليك بمبلغ كبير وتخسر فلوسك, نحن نجمعلك اقوى واجدد الالعاب حتى المستقبليه ان شاء الله لك بحساب واحد وبسعر ممتاز وبهذا يجب وضع ضمان دخول للحساب بحيث الكل يستفيد.
ضمان الدخول في الحساب: راح نرسلك ارشادات عشان مايطلعك من الحساب لأطول فتره وممكن براحه لاكثر من سنه حتى بأذن الله. (علما اغلب العملاء كمل معاهم الحساب اكثر من سنه ما شاء الله) ولاكن من باب ابراء الذمه: بنسبه للضمان هو نصف سنه بحيث لو طلعك بأي سبب ندخلك الحساب بشرط يكون على نفس الجهاز الي دخلت فيه اول مره وهذي تكون امانه عشان مايعلق الحساب.
لاكن لو فرمت جهازك اوطلعك من الحساب بعد نصف سنه وطلبك كود تحتاج تدفع مبلغ رمزي مع خصم خاص لتجديد الشراء مره اخرى وهو مبلغ رمزي جدا مقارنه بلبكج الضخم مع اضافه اقوى واجدد الالعاب بشكل دوري بأذن الله.

ضمان الطريقه والحساب نفسه: مع العلم ان الطريقه لها اكثر من 5 سنوات و في حال اقفال الطريقه من ستيم سنبحث عن طرق بديله وأخرى ان توفرت. بس من باب ابراء الذمه لاسمح الله اذا تقفلت الطريقه او الحساب من ستيم ضمان شهرين يتم رد المبلغ المتبقي من الفتره. لايوجد استرجاع لان المنتج رقمي والمنتج الرقمي لايسترجع.
