لا تشغل بالك بالزحام أو الخروج؛ سيتنقل مندوب Q-Tech Express الرسمي إليك ليتسلم الجهاز من باب بيتك أو مقر عملك، ويعيده إليك بعد إتمام الصيانة وفحصه بدقة وفق أعلى معايير الجودة.

طريقة الطلب: اختر (الشحن والتوصيل ← أضف عنوانك الحالي بجدة ← اختر شركة الشحن: دبل كيو | التوصيل السريع داخل جدة).

✈️ ثانياً: خارج جدة (شحن آمن لجميع المدن)

الإجراء: سيرسل لك فريق خدمة العملاء بوليصة الشحن مسبقة الدفع لطباعتها وتسليم الجهاز لاقرب فرع ارمكس لك بالمنطقة.

🕒 تنويه بخصوص الاستيراد: في حال عدم توفر قطعة الموديلات الحديثة في المخزون المباشر، تستغرق مدة الاستيراد الخارجي من 10 - 14 يوم عمل، ويتم البدء فور سداد رسوم الخدمة عبر الموقع ونحيطك علماً بكل تحديث.

• الخصوصية والبيانات: تتعهد Q-Tech بالحفاظ الكامل على سرية وخصوصية بياناتك، ومع ذلك، فإن البيانات الشخصية هي مسؤولية العميل أولاً، ونوصي بشدة بأخذ نسخة احتياطية (Backup) قبل تسليم الجهاز.
• الفحص الفني ورمز القفل: يرجى إلغاء رمز قفل الشاشة (Passcode) أو تزويدنا به عند الطلب. في حال عدم توفيره، لن يتمكن الفني من فحص وظائف الجهاز بالكامل قبل وبعد الصيانة، وعليه لا يتحمل المركز مسؤولية أي عيب يظهر لاحقاً في الأجزاء التي لم يتم فحصها.

شروط الضمان:

الضمان يغطي فقط العيوب المصنعية (اللمس والإضاءة). ويُستثنى تماماً من الضمان أي سوء استخدام ناتج عن: الكسر الخارجي/الداخلي، الخدوش الحادة، السوائل، أو السواد الكلي الناتج عن السقوط.
